CUTTING

It starts with a highly skilled pattern maker that draws out our jeans blueprint. Did you know that a standard five pocket pair of jeans is made up of approximately 15 pieces? Then up to 100 stacks of fabric are cut into each of the patterns using precision machines.

STITCHING

It takes about 1.6 meters of denim fabric and several hundred meters of sewing thread to stitch one pair of jeans. The industry average time to assemble one pair is about 15 minutes, but our philosophy is to take as much time and care to ensure that the craftsmanship is impeccable.

WASHING

We could throw words out there about all the washing techniques we use, such as: Stone Wash, Acid Wash, Enzyme, Pigment, Scraping, Grinding, Whiskering, Hand-Tagging....and the list goes on. Let's just say that any design/wash you need, we will deliver.

FINISHING

6 rivets. 1 (or 5) buttons. Labeling. Packaging. Quality Control. This is the part of the process where we get to admire our accomplishment and bid farewell to our creation as it goes off to its new home.
